Most Important Information Concerning Attire in NSW
Attire Requirement – Bowls Australia Logo in New South Wales
To assist all players and Clubs; listed below is the current position for the wearing of the Bowls Australia Logo within NSW for Men.
While Bowls Australia have updated information about attire, the following is the requirement in NSW as determined by the RNSWBA Board.
Ø Players participating in Championships in NSW must be uniformly attired as a Team or Side. The Bowls Australia Logo in NSW is mandatory for Shirts, Jackets and Vests. All other items of clothing are optional.
Note: All other States/Territories cover all attire items.
Ø Association Events in NSW include all Club Championships, District / Zone Events, State Championship, State Pennants and all Representative Sides Matches.
Ø In the recently updated Bowls Australia information on attire, the reference is made to “Pennants and above”. Be fully aware that the RNSWBA Board have determined that the Bowls Australia Logo will be worn for all Association Events.
Ø Players participating in non association Events, it is not mandatory to wear the Bowls Australia Logo clothing. For casual bowls at Club level, attire standards is an issue for the Clubs’ Board of Management. (Encompassing Mod Bowls, Corporate and Social Bowls Days / Events).
